IT Principal Product Manager

Job Summary and Responsibilities

As our Principal Product Engineer, you will plan and direct technical aspects of highly complex applications and products to meet end-user needs and business goals. This leadership role involves identifying improvements, making recommendations, and implementing solutions.

Every day you will manage multiple complex solutions, providing technical guidance to software engineering teams and overseeing project contributions. You'll lead troubleshooting, act as a subject matter expert for software design/coding, and mentor all engineers.

To be successful, you will demonstrate exceptional expertise in product engineering, software design/coding, and problem-solving for complex issues. Proven leadership in guiding/mentoring teams and excellent communication for technical concepts and product recommendations are essential.

Defines and manages the roadmap and deployment of multiple large and enterprise level product development initiatives within the portfolioOwns responsibility for key performance indicators and financial metrics for each productDefines criteria for prioritization of all stakeholder needs for each productActs as point of escalation and manages resolution of all issues and risks throughout the definition to deployment of multiple productsDefines and implements continuous process improvementsManages communications and all relevant stakeholder relationships

Job Requirements

Required

Bachelors Other in Computer Science, Technology, Medical, Business discipline or equivalent experience. , upon hire and12+ years’ experience working in IT as an Application Systems Analyst or Technical Analyst role , upon hire and8 or more years’ experience application support, implementation or development experience with applications in a hospital or medical related industry is required. andExperience working with project life cycle or project management methodologies required.
