The purpose of this role is to contribute to the design, develop, and execute strategies that align to the development of sustainable solutions that advance the deployment of critical technology controls processes and standards by working cross-functionally with internal stakeholders, utilizing strong analytics and data-driven problem-solving skills. Supports the ET Business Management Operations (BMO) team in developing a reporting roadmap, validating reporting, and providing analysis and insights. Works closely with key stakeholders. **ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES** Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Leads or coordinates project planning activities for small to medium initiatives including gathering, analyzing, and presenting data needed for project decision makers. 2. Defines project scope and obstacles that would impact the success of the initiative. Supports required changes to scope or timeline throughout the project lifecycle. 3. Prepares and maintains necessary project materials and artifacts, including business cases, prioritization, project plans/task lists, business readiness materials, and post-project follow up. 4. Gathers and analyzes data that is acquired for a project including troubleshooting data problems. 5. Provides tracking and reporting of project status to leadership and enterprise teams. 6. Creates process mapping for changes resulting from strategic projects including risks and controls. 7. Assists with the intake of new project requests and coordination of projects within workstreams. 8. Collaborates with all impacted lines of business (LOBs) and partners, as needed. 9. Serves as an individual contributor whose work is guided by a more senior member of the team while promoting a cohesive, inclusive, team-oriented culture aligned with the Truist purpose, mission, and values. **QUALIFICATIONS** **Required Qualifications:** The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required. Bachelor’s degree and three to five (3-5) years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience, especially with the general concepts of business management, such as financial analysis, change management, and project management. 2. In-depth knowledge of principles, practices, theories, and/or methodologies associated with the professional discipline to which they are assigned (e.g., information technology, project management, finance, risk management, etc.). 3. Understand foundational concepts of other related professional disciplines. Experience managing small projects. 4. Ability to interpret and explain complex information to a range of audiences and build consensus among stakeholders. 5.
