Job Summary We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical IT Portfolio Analyst to support the effective management of our IT project portfolio. In this role, you will assist in managing the intake process, monitor portfolio health, and deliver actionable insights to IT and business leaders. Your work will directly influence strategic decision-making and help ensure the successful execution of key initiatives. Schedule: 8:00AM – 5:00PM (On call support required, as needed). Location: NC Remote (Must reside within the states of North Carolina; South Carolina; Virginia; or Georgia). Department: IT Finance Key Responsibilities: + Support the intake and prioritization of IT projects and initiatives. + Track and analyze portfolio performance, risks, and resource allocation. + Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for executive and stakeholder visibility. + Identify trends and provide data-driven recommendations to improve portfolio outcomes. + Collaborate with IT and business teams to ensure alignment with strategic goals. + Contribute to the continuous improvement of portfolio management processes and tools. Qualifications + Education: 4 Year / Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Finance or related field; required. + Experience: + Minimum three (3) years of experience in portfolio analysis, project management, or business analysis; required. + Healthcare experience, preferred. + Additional Skills Required: + Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights. + Proficiency in portfolio management tools such as ServiceNow, Power BI, or other reporting platforms. + Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and problem-solving abilities. + Strong communication skills with experience in preparing reports and presentations for leadership. + Additional Skills Preferred: + Experience with IT governance frameworks and project management methodologies is a plus. + Knowledge and competence in use of Microsoft Suite and MS Teams.
