A leading global technology organisation is seeking a Salesforce and CRM Project Manager / Business Analyst to join their Cloud Marketplaces programme in London. This role offers the opportunity to drive new revenue streams, streamline processes, and work closely with high-performing teams across Sales, Partner Management, and back-office functions.
Key responsibilities:
Manage Salesforce and CRM projects from planning to delivery
Analyse business processes and produce actionable insights using Excel and Power BI
Support marketplace procurement programmes and act as a deal desk advisor
Maintain CRM data integrity and ensure accurate reporting
Collaborate cross-functionally to improve processes and embed changes into BAU
Support operational activities including onboarding, content management, and stakeholder communications
About you:
Strong project management and business analysis experience
Advanced Excel skills (e.g. VLOOKUP) and Power BI reporting expertise
Proficient in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience in cloud marketplaces, SaaS, or technology-led environments
