IT Platform Solutions Manager - HR Applications

Bachelor’s degree, or master's degree from a reputed college or University15 years of overall IT experience and minimum 5 years of role play in as solution manager as a liaison between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring that the implemented solutions align with organisation goals, meet quality standards, and deliver value to the customers, in line with the first-time right quality ,planned budget, resources and timelines, working effectively with partners,Experience in SAFe Agile, DevSecOps process and governance and program/ Project Management.Minimum 5-years of working experience in HR landscape across various platform like Workday platform with special focus on integrations across domains (Recruiting, Core HR, Absence, Time tracking, Comp & advance Compensation, Talent and performance, reporting , Integrations and Adaptive planning) involved in execution, rollouts and projects. Expertise in E2E application life cycle managementKnowledge of other HR applications like Cornerstone, ServieNow, Avature, Evie etc, would be a plus

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
This role is an office role.
