Owns architectural responsibilities in defining and supporting the implementation of modern Infrastructure platforms, methodologies, programs, processes, standards, organization structure, metrics and approaches in support and growth of our business.
What You Will Do:
Drives the architectural effectiveness of business capability-related initiatives within the organization for Customer & Marketing platforms and ERP systems Owns maintenance of the current state architecture while envisioning future state architecture aligned with product Develops technology roadmaps to smoothly transition from the current state to the desired future state. Architects solutions that address specific business capabilities and non-functional requirements across Salesforce, Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Marketo, Workday, and similar technologies. Designs solutions to advance and optimize the enterprise Evaluates technology, market trends and industry plus identifies prospective impact on Promotes architecture process and results to organization inclusive of business leaders and enterprise information technology. Provide technical leadership and guidance to development Collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure architectural best practices and standards. Collaborates closely with senior business and technology leaders, including product management, Marketing, Sales, Customer Support, People & Culture, Finance, engineering, and operations. Aligns business and technology strategy, ensuring seamless communication across multiple levels within the organization. Develops architecture roadmap on basis of IT strategies and business Defines and establishes technical strategies, standards, and guidelines in collaboration with other Creates logical architecture diagrams to support large, complex, and cross-capability area Other duties as assigned.What You Will Need:
Bachelor's degree in information systems or equivalent education and work experience. Master's degree preferred. Typically requires a minimum of 12 years of related experience with a bachelor’s or equivalent. 12+ years of varied experience implementing all aspects of solution Exposure to application development, integration, information management, infrastructure, and information security domains. 10+ years of complex enterprise experience leading architecture Subject matter expertise across varying technology and business disciplines. 10+ years of architecture scalable, secure, highly available, and fault tolerant technical 6+ years of practical experience strategizing and implementing business solutions and platforms using , Salesforce, Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Marketo, Workday, AWS or similar technology platforms 5+ years of banking or financial services and products domain Comparable domain experience will also be considered. Proven success in planning, influencing, and leading architecture initiatives across IT and business organizations and teams. Certifications in Salesforce, Adobe, or Workday platforms. Experience with enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF). Knowledge of customer data platforms (CDPs) and personalization engines.Salary range: $125,000– $208,000
The salary range reflects the minimum and maximum target for a new hire in this role. Individual pay within the range will be determined by multiple factors which can include but are not limited to a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and location.
