Job Description Insight Global is looking for an IT Planner to join a large insurance client as a full-time employee. This is a hybrid opening requiring the candidate to be onsite 2 days a week in downtown Calgary or downtown Toronto. This employee will be responsible for joining the IT Architecture and Planning team, handling all strategic planning and road mapping for business architecture across the company’s various departments. This resource will be interfacing with senior stakeholder on a day-to-day basis to access the business needs for IT support and creating long term IT roadmaps. The successful candidate will have 8+ years of business architecture experience on within the IT space, with 2 or more years of hands-on experience creating conceptual road maps for partners within their organization. We are seeking a business transformation specialist with experience developing business roadmaps, business architecture and experience with capability modelling. This candidate will also possess strategic thinking, the ability to communicate and present with executives within the organization.
