The P&G IT community is looking for an Operations Manager to join our IT/OT team at the largest P&G plant in Eastern Europe, located in the Tula Region, Novomoskovsk! This is your chance to work on exciting global projects with a highly skilled and dynamic team.

As an Operations Manager in IT, you will leverage your deep understanding of Infrastructure-as-a-Service, Platform-as-a-Service, Linux, Windows server administration, networking, and databases to manage key applications and services running on both virtualized and non-virtualized platforms in a production environment. Your role will be crucial in resolving complex issues, enhancing procedures, and facilitating communication.

You will have the opportunity to:

Own site IT operations, ensuring compliance, continuity, and resilience of daily operations.

Resolve complex problems related to IT infrastructure and improve procedures for efficient operations.

Utilize software development and open-source solutions to automate service provisioning, monitoring, and corrections.

Embrace agile methodologies to ensure quick resolution of IT issues.

Craft and document procedures for Level 1 Incident Resolutions and provide self-service capabilities to application teams and customers.

Collaborate with other teams, such as Application and Infrastructure, Platform Service Providers, and Cybersecurity, during the triage and resolution of incidents.

Contribute to local and regional projects by providing IT expertise.

Permanent employment with a 5-day work week and a hybrid setup.

Monthly salary starting from 250 000 RUB gross

Annual bonus

Relocation and housing support (22 000 RUB net/month) in case of relocation to Novomoskovsk >50 km from the place of permanent residence

Job Qualifications

A minimum of 2 years in IT operations, preferably in a production environment.

Demonstrated depth of applied IT skills in one or more areas, including Application Management, IT Continuity, Incident Management, Networking, Mobility, and Personal Computing.

Experience working in teams while demonstrating cultural awareness and a willingness to share insights.

Ability to define and lead initiatives that shape team dynamics, organizational culture, and IT practices.

ITIL certification is an advantage.

Strong sense of ownership and ability to work independently.

Good command of English (Upper Intermediate or higher).
