About the role
Sally, a division of SBH, is looking for a qualified intern to join our IT Operations Team. The Intern will be responsible for assigned Technology projects during the 10-week program.
This intern should be prepared to work cross functionally, have exceptional organization and communication skills, and be able to work effectively and with detail in a fast-paced environment. A final presentation to senior leadership (topic TBD) will be required at the end of internship.
You will finish this internship having gained broad experience in various aspects of Information Technology Operations.

This is a hybrid position requiring onsite work three days per week at the Support Center in Legacy West, Plano, TX.This position is not eligible for immigration sponsorship.Housing, relocation, and transportation assistance are not provided.Availability is required from June 1 through August 7, 2026, with a minimum commitment of 30 hours per week.Responsibilities
Review existing operational processes, identify inefficiencies, define options for improvement and work to implement the most productive solution.Assist in tracking of vendor SLAs, contact information and portal logins.Identify and determine file share and distribution list ownership, compile data and help build solution to maintain all future updates.Review Infrastructure and Operations policies for currency and modify as required to meet existing standards and define the versioning process. Help develop a Policy Review Board.Review current project requirements for transitioning to support and ensure project deliverables meet and include all operational requirements.
Knowledge, skills & abilities requirements
Pursuing a major in Information Technology or Computer Science as first degree from a higher education institute.
Ability to navigate a computer desktop.
Ability to analyze and trend data.
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
