As an IT Support Technician, you will be responsible for both depot and onsite support operations, ensuring seamless delivery, deployment, and support of IT equipment and services in a global enterprise environment. This role combines technical warehouse tasks with frontline user support, requiring both hands-on logistics and IT troubleshooting skills. **Primary Responsibilities** **Depot & Logistics Support** + Perform daily receiving and inventory of inbound IT equipment. + Prep, configure, and ship end-user hardware requests (desktops, monitors, peripherals). + Use pallet jacks to load/move equipment and maintain a clean, organized staging area. + Ensure equipment is stored accurately and labeled in storage systems. + Use scanning tools and inventory systems to track inbound/outbound items. + Maintain asset records and support IT audits related to equipment handling. + Sanitize and stage returned equipment. **Onsite & End-User Support** + Provide white glove IT support to senior management. + Relocate and set up desktop computers, monitors, and peripherals. + Deliver remote hands support to Data Center and network teams. + Provide 1st/2nd level support both onsite and remotely via IT Ticketing systems. + Support severity 1 and 2 onsite incidents and escalations. + Assist in server decommissioning and hardware removal tasks. + Collaborate globally with European/Global IT teams. + Participate in project-based IT deployments and platform support activities. + Use Microsoft Intune for OS and software deployment. + Document and standardize IT procedures and user profiles. **Basic Qualifications** + Fluent English, written and spoken. + Ability to lift and move pallets and equipment. + Experience with pallet jacks and scanning devices. + Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and other tracking systems. + Strong troubleshooting skills and user support experience. + Working knowledge of hardware/software troubleshooting and basic networking. + Familiarity with Windows 10/11 and software deployment tools. + Understanding of Windows Server and Active Directory basics. + Comfortable working independently and within small teams. **Working Hours** Regular office hours, Monday – Friday – Onsite. Occasional planned/unplanned support may be required outside office hours or at alternate office locations.
