Network Operations & Troubleshooting

• Manage L1/L2 support for network issues across routers, switches, access points,
controllers, and firewalls.
• Monitor network links, utilisation, device health, and alerts using tools like Site24x7,
IMC, Airwave, Aruba Central, TCP Wave, Meraki Dashboard.
• Troubleshoot LAN/WAN issues including VLAN, trunking, POE, STP, routing loops, and
connectivity failures.
• Perform wireless troubleshooting for AP outages, SSID issues, and authentication
failures.
Configuration & Deployment

• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Cisco, HP/Aruba, Meraki networking devices.
• Support network architecture implementations for new offices, project sites, and data
centre setups.
• Assist in deployment of wireless networks: Aruba Wi-Fi 6, heatmap creation (Ekahau),
AP installations.
• Perform configuration of VLANs, VTP, OSPF, EIGRP, HSRP, VRRP, ACLs, NAT/PAT, STP.

Security & Compliance

• Support NAC implementation using ClearPass or similar tools.
• Work on firewall configurations/upgrades for Fortigate, Palo Alto, SonicWall, Sophos.
• Maintain network access security policies, password updates, and device compliance.

Monitoring & Documentation

• Maintain device inventory, network diagrams, IP management sheets, and change logs.
• Respond to and close tickets through ServiceNow as per SLAs.
• Support firmware upgrades, certificate renewals, and license management.

What You Bring

• 2–5 years of experience as Network Administrator / Network Engineer.
• Strong knowledge of:
✓ OSI/TCP-IP models, IPv4/IPv6, routing & switching, STP, VLANs, OSPF, EIGRP
✓ Firewall basics, NAC (ClearPass), DNS, DHCP, NTP, SNMP, MPLS, BGP (added
advantage) Hands-on experience with Cisco, HP/Aruba, Meraki devices.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills across enterprise environments.
• CCNA certification (preferred) + exposure to VMWare, Packet Tracer, GNS3, EVE-NG.
• Experience handling multi-site or pan-India network environments is an advantage.
