This position is eligible for a hybrid work schedule, which includes the ability to work from home, while also requiring to be in person as needed at our Lakeside and/or Clayton Corporate HQ campus locations in St. Louis, Missouri.

Responsibilities

The Workforce Technology Identity Engineering organization focuses on developing, delivering, and supporting Enterprise Mobility’s next-generation Identity and Access Management platforms built using industry leading tools and technologies. As a Manager in Identity Engineering, you will contribute to the delivery of Enterprise Mobility’s MyAccess program to ensure employees have a secure environment for productivity and protection of our most critical and sensitive data and systems. A successful candidate will be a driven, organized, and efficient collaborator and communicator, who can effectively translate technical requirements into tangible capabilities to help secure our company resources.  In this role, you will continually collaborate with engineers, architects, IT leaders, and business personnel to achieve the goals of the organization.

 

As a Manager in the Identity Engineering organization, you will:

Maintain an environment where your employees feel included, valued, and supportedBe responsible for leading, coaching, and developing a high performing team of results-oriented engineersOversee development life cycle, technical projects, and engineering processes including engineering rigor for tools, solutions, and automation, as well as enhancements to operational processesServe as escalation point, proactively addressing roadblocks and helping the team deliver high-quality resultsEstablish and maintain key performance metrics, identify opportunities, and improve processesBuild strong relationships across IT teams to ensure consistency, transparency, and best practices Ensure solutions developed across the organization are aligned to standards and principles, and leverage common solutions and services where availableProtect our customers, our employees, and our brands by incorporating security and compliance in all decisions and daily job responsibilities, following security policies and procedures 

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:

Proven experience in leadership with team-centric skills, strong solution orientation, and sense of ownershipStrong attention to detail and ability to be proactive, flexible in critical thinking, problem solving, and making decisions Must have a broad understanding of IT ecosystems and structureAbility to maintain a high degree of confidentiality

Qualifications

Required:

Must be presently authorized to work in the U.S. without a requirement for work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the futureMust reside in St. Louis, Missouri, or immediate surrounding area6+ years of related IT experience 2+ years of experience in engineering requirements tracking; change, release, and project management 2+ years related experience in a technical or people leadership roleMust be committed to incorporating security into all decisions and daily job responsibilities

Preferred:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems, or related field preferredExperience working in or managing capabilities within Privileged Access, PKI, or Certificate Management technologiesManagement experience in Cyber Security or related technologiesExperience managing external vendors and service providersExperience in leading major IT initiativesCertified Identity and Access Manager (CIAM)®, Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or similar Identity Management Institute certificationWorking knowledge of security tools and capabilities including but not limited to CyberArk, Privileged Identity Management, MS PKI, Sectigo, Hardware Security Modules, RSA, Terraform, Microsoft Entra ID and Active Directory,
