This challenging opportunity will reside in TS-ERP organization. This role will report to the Sr Manager, ERP Shared Services, Corporate Finance ERP Services. In this role, the Service Manager incumbent will support the Application maintenance of S/4 HANA Global SAP Treasury System. This role will be responsible for Service Level Management, Application & Technology Portfolio Management, Financial Management, Incident/Problem Management, Knowledge Management, Compliance Activities, Continuous Service Improvement and ensuring efficient and expedient recovery of services required by the business in the case of any disruption. Primary functions of the role will include: SAP S4 HANA Treasury Support + SAP S/4 Treasury Configuration & Maintenance: Proven experience in configuring, building, and maintaining the SAP S/4 Treasury module, aligning with J&J business requirements for cash management, payment factory, financial risk management, and other treasury functions. + System Integration Management: Oversee and manage system integrations between SAP S/4 modules, reporting systems, and third-party applications to ensure seamless data flow, process efficiency, and data accuracy. + Technical Support & Issue Resolution: Provide expert technical support by diagnosing and resolving issues related to the SAP Treasury system. Collaborate with IT teams to address system defects, bugs, and outages promptly. + Support Cutover & Deployment Activities: Coordinate support activities during system maintenance, upgrades, or the implementation of new functionalities to ensure uninterrupted treasury operations. + Treasury Process Guidance: Offer strategic guidance on treasury management processes, including Hedge Management Cockpit, cash flow forecasting, cash positioning, risk management, and investment management, leveraging SAP FSCM capabilities. Service Level Management + Manage SLA & service delivery against SLAs and key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure compliance + Engage with multiple stakeholders such as Technology Product Owners (TPO) and Business Leads to regularly report on service performance, highlighting accomplishments, issues, and areas for improvement Event, Incident & Problem Management + Oversee the incident management process, ensuring correct prioritization and swift response to minimize service disruptions. Monitor and analyze incident trends and metrics to provide insights for performance improvement + Lead investigations into major incidents to identify root causes. Managing & providing guidance in analyzing problems for identifying the root cause. Collaborate with relevant teams to implement corrective and preventive actions, ensuring that issues are resolved effectively and do not recur. Service Request Management + Oversee the overall process to ensure that requests are accurately documented and assigned to the appropriate teams for resolution, facilitating efficient handling and tracking. + Continuously evaluate and refine the service request management process to enhance efficiency and user satisfaction. Analyze trends in service requests to identify common issues and opportunities for process adjustments, training, or knowledge base updates Knowledge Management + Responsible for managing transition from Project teams and ensuring support readiness + Responsible for ensuring that knowledge is used appropriately across Inc and SRM Continuous Service Improvement + Monitor and measure the quality of IT operations, benchmark metrics, perform analysis and identify service improvement opportunities, self-service capabilities & automation to improve the overall service delivery (e.g. ticket trends that should initiate chronic problem process, ticket reassignments). + Stay updated with the latest SAP Treasury features and enhancements. Evaluate and recommend new tools or processes to improve treasury operations and drive efficiency **Required Qualifications:** + Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or Computer Science, or relevant work experience. + 7+ years of overall experience in SAP Global Finance applications and technology components + 5+ years of experience as SAP Treasury consultant having experience in Bank & Cash management, Transaction manager, In-house Banking (IHB), Risk analyzers, Liquidity planner, Hedge management and accounting, SWIFT integration, Bank Communication Management (BCM), integration with financial accounting and other applications. + Have strong systematic problem-solving experience, a sense of accountability, ownership and drive. + Expertise in ITIL processes (incident management, change, problem, release management) + Expert in collaboratively managing diverse relationships across geography and culture + Focus on business outcomes, strategic thinker with ability to prioritize team goals and activities + Strong communication verbal & written; creating sound arguments, or to adequately representing both business and IT implications during a Major Service Disruption + Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast- paced environment + Strong leadership qualities including being enthusiastic, thoughtful, thorough, decisive, and flexible, conducting yourself professionally and with integrity. + Make confident decisions and drive results through others while fostering collaboration and innovation + Employ best practices for talent management, assessment and diversity and inclusion + Seek out and apply feedback toward your own performance and career goals + 10% travel- domestic/international + SAP Treasury Certification is preferable Johnson & Johnson is an Equal Opportunity Employer. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis.
