Your Key Responsibilities

•    Lead the assigned IT department or teams, which develop/operate IT products according to IT processes. Implement the strategy, policies and guidelines, and manage portfolio, projects, operations, processes and services for a functional or organizational area assigned.
•    Design and/or guide implementation of IT and Digitalization policies, guidelines, programs and standards.
•    Complete budget plannings and IT and Digitalization related reporting, and allocate financial and personnel resources.
•    Act as advisor to the business accountable management in all IT and Digitalization related issues.
•    Set up and monitor IT and Digitalization projects, monitor milestone achievements, and ensure quality standards for IT and Digitalization operations/processes.
•    Choose and liaise with external parties in contractual matters, within given authority levels.
•    Rollout Coordination: Plan meticulously, engage stakeholders, and ensure consensus for smooth implementation and minimal disruption.
•    Customer Satisfaction: Build strong client relationships, consistently exceed expectations, and refine offerings based on feedback.
•    Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of ongoing improvement, encouraging innovation and proactive enhancement of systems and processes

Your Qualifications A degree in technical or science related field with focus on computer engineering, computer science or informatics and business administration Profound IT Infrastructure knowledge and experience of Cross IT functions (EA, SAP, IT, Governance), ability to establish strategic direction, inspire innovation and drive change, project management experience Experience in multiple IT functions (Escpecially IT infrastructure area), processes and methodes, strategic IT development, business digitalization, innovative and strategic thinking. Lead changes with passion and commitment. Leadership experience Level of Cultural sensitivity and the ability to operate in multiple cultures around multiple geographic locations. Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Japanese.
