As a Commercial IT Manager, you are accountable to deliver impactful customer solutions, ensure operational excellence and add measurable business value to P&G.
The work you do is challenging as we partner with our local and regional teams, external customers and distributors, and strategic vendors to lead technology, systems and scaled transformation across the region and globe.
Your team
This role reports to the Business Unit IT Leader & will be part of a multi-functional team working with Sales and Commercial teams in local/regional markets.

Ability to lead agile IT innovation, bringing technological disruptions into the P&G ecosystem for better e-Business results
Strong problem-solving skills and demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities
Ability to manage complexity and overcome challenges to drive transformation
Key Responsibilities
Develop and enhance dashboards and visualizations using PowerBI, including advanced DAX queries and Excel-based reporting
Build and maintain data models to support analytics, reporting, and operational decision-making.
Design and implement efficient data pipelines and transformations using Azure Data Lake, Azure Databricks, and SQL.
Champion a data-driven mindset and logical problem-solving across the organization.
Lead or support digital product ideation, working with stakeholders to define value-driven use cases and user experiences.
Manage end-to-end implementation of digital products and solutions for Malaysia and Singapore business units.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product delivery, adoption, and continuous improvement.
Identify opportunities to automate manual processes, reduce redundancies, and improve operational workflows using tools such as MS PowerAutomate or RPA.
Develop SOPs, documentation, and best practices to support process standardization and digital transformation initiatives.
Job Qualifications
Ability to communicate & write proficiently in English
Minimum 3 years of experience in a Product and Project Management role with strong technical orientation.
Proven expertise in:
Data Engineering, Data Modeling, Data Warehousing
PowerBI, including DAX and advanced Excel
SQL for data querying and transformation
Azure Data Lake and Azure Databricks
Process innovation to simplify manual work processes using MS PowerAutomate/KNIME/RPA tools
Strong analytical and logical thinking, with a deep appreciation for data-driven problem-solving
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects with competing priorities
Experience working across diverse teams and business stakeholders
Preferred / Bonus Qualifications
Experience leading a team and/or working with vendors
Familiarity with both Malaysia and Singapore consumer landscape
PowerBI PL-300, Azure Databricks & other technical certifications
