Summary: Seeking an IT Manager to lead digital transformation initiatives and manage business systems within a manufacturing setting.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field. 7+ years of experience in IT leadership roles focused on digital transformation. Experience as a Business Analyst in IT projects with knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall methodologies. Strong understanding of digital technologies including cloud computing, data analytics, AI, and IoT. Proven track record in leading successful digital transformation initiatives.

Preferred Skills:

Master's degree. Certifications such as CBAP, CCBA, CISSP, ITIL, Agile, or PMP.

Responsibilities:

Bridge the gap between business objectives and technical solutions to drive innovation. Own and manage business systems like ERP and PLM to ensure efficient operations. Lead development of the company's digital transformation strategy aligned with business priorities. Evaluate existing IT systems for improvement and optimization opportunities. Collaborate with stakeholders for digital innovation across the organization. Manage external vendor relationships including contracts and agreements oversight. Translate business requirements into technical specifications for development teams. Develop and manage IT budget ensuring projects are completed on time within budget.

Pay Details: $125,000.00 to $130,000.00 per year
