We are presently seeking a IT Manager - CRM Systems who will work out of our corporate headquarters in Pittsburgh, PA. and is committed to ensuring overall business success and corporate governance. We excel at delivering innovative and customized components, sub-assemblies and fully integrated photonic systems to meet the unique illumination, optronic, sensing and optical technology needs of global OEM customers.
The IT Manager to lead the CRM team which is mostly Salesforce (and other CRM systems that come from our acquisitions till we consolidate them into Salesforce) will join a talented and passionate global team at Excelitas Technologies and play an integral role in delivering technology enabled process transformation in partnership with the business teams, leveraging SalesForce and other applications with a focus on the front end applications relating to marketing and sales functions. You will have the opportunity to improve business operations across all the global locations of Excelitas Technologies.
In this position, you will lead and manage a team of CRM platform admin, analysts and developers to enable new capabilities to support the business and supporting the existing capabilities and integration to the ERP systems.
To be successful, you must have demonstrated analytical and leadership skills & be able to communicate sales process topics to a broad audience at all levels of the organization.
Main responsibilities:
The IT Manager – CRM systems will manage the Excelitas CRM team in IT and also the external partners who help us manage the Salesforce and other CRM systems to support the business operations; Will work with core IT and business teams on various projects and help with the development and administration of our SalesForce system and other CRM applications; Document functional requirements, develop functional specs for program changes, design, configure & tests new capabilities, enhancements that improve the business productivity, enhance value and end-user experience. Will strive to enable global solutions for all sites; Creates & executes required test scenarios across various systems to ensure complete testing on all new & changed components and ensure the integration works as planned; Provide operational support of existing SalesForce and other applications by troubleshooting and resolving issues in timely manner; Support data maintenance & cleansing on an ongoing basis, under the direction of the CRM Business Analyst; Flexibility to support urgent inbound requests from multiple regions & time zones; Drive continuous improvement through trend reporting analysis and metrics management; May conduct system demos and work with users providing training and testing support.; Other related tasks as assigned by the team lead or supervisor/manager.
