Job Description

What you can look forward to as Senior Architect - IT Mergers & Acquisitions SAP solution:

 

IT Due Diligence:​Conduct thorough assessments of SAP systems for potential M&A targets. Identify integration challenges and opportunities within SAP environments.​ Target Operating Model (TOM) Development:​Design and develop TOMs that incorporate SAP solutions and align with business strategies. Ensure TOMs are scalable, flexible, and support future growth.​ Integration Planning:​Develop detailed integration plans for SAP systems and processes. Collaborate closely with SAP experts to ensure seamless integration.​ Stakeholder Management:​Engage with key stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates. Facilitate workshops and meetings to align on architectural decisions.​ Compliance and Governance:​Ensure all SAP solutions comply with regulatory requirements. Maintain documentation and governance frameworks.​

 

 

Your profile as Senior Architect - IT Mergers & Acquisitions SAP solution:

 

Mandatory​

Proven experience in SAP architecture within M&A contexts.​ Strong understanding of IT due diligence processes.​ Expertise in developing and implementing TOMs with SAP solutions.​ Excellent project management skills.​ Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.​ Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.​ Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).​

 

Optional​

Knowledge of legal and regulatory aspects of M&A.​ Experience with cloud technologies and digital transformation.​ Proficiency in enterprise architecture frameworks and tools.
