Volt is immediately hiring for an IT Logistics Associate in Hillsboro, OR.
As an IT Logistics Associate you will:
Shipping, receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment are among the daily operations of this role. Receive, process, and document equipment returns and new stock orders. Prepare orders by processing requests and supply orders; pulling materials, packing boxes, and placing orders in delivery area. Enforces inventory controls by collecting stock location order and printing requests. Provides quality service by following organization standards. Preserve safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area and workstations neat and tidy. Completes reports by entering proper information into various systems of record, collaborates with Warehouse Supervisor and assists with annual product lifecycle duties. Processes hardware imaging operations while properly asset tagging, computer naming, and maintaining accurate hardware records. Demonstrates compliance with all bank regulations for assigned job function and applies to designated job responsibilities – knowledge may be gained through coursework and on-the-job training. Keeps up to date on regulation changes.

The ideal candidate will have:
High School Diploma/GED required. Associates, Vocation or Technical Training in Computer Operations or Operations Management or equivalent work experience preferred. 3 years of experience within a warehouse or technology related field. Strong problem solving, decision making and communication skills Excellent organizational and time management skills Proficient data entry and record keeping skills Working knowledge of laptop and desktop computers and related technology Familiar with basic troubleshooting in Windows or Network environments. Able to manage priorities and reprioritize when needed, working with minimal supervision and high degree of self-direction and motivation. Proficient written and verbal communications.
Pay Rate: $25.00/hour
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
