Responsibilities
Design, update, and run technical academies for software developers, including Java and Cobol tracks.Consult on the creation of new bootcamps for software engineering roles, ensuring alignment with business and talent needs.Develop and automate workflows using Microsoft PowerAutomate, PowerApps, and SharePoint to improve learning operations and delivery.Build personalized learning journeys using Agentic AI, tailored to individual IT roles and career paths.Collaborate with technical SMEs and stakeholders to ensure learning solutions are relevant, scalable, and impactful.Conduct needs analysis and learning evaluation, applying global best practices and aligning with audit and compliance standards.Stay current with emerging technologies in software development and learning innovation, integrating them into learning design.Support learners and managers throughout the learning lifecycle, reinforcing workplace application and performance improvement.Required Skills
