Triage and analyze the issues raised by business users Identify any workaround solution for any issue requiring immediate resolution Carry out required configuration activities for bug fixes Coordinate with the technical team ABAP to ensure the required technical work is completed for incident resolution Perform the required testing for incidents upon completion of resolution activities Provide status update to Client on all incidents assigned to himher Train the users and provide support if nee
