We are seeking an ambitious and service-oriented IT Intern to join our Information Technology team at Rosewood Amsterdam.
As an IT Intern, you will play a vital role in supporting the hotel’s technology operations, ensuring that our systems, networks, and digital tools run smoothly to support exceptional guest and associate experiences. You will gain hands-on exposure to hotel technology infrastructure, learning directly from experienced IT professionals in a dynamic luxury hospitality environment
Job Duties
Duties may include, but are not limited to:
Assist the IT team in maintaining, troubleshooting, and upgrading hardware and software systemsProvide first-line support to associates for technical issues and user requestsHelp ensure network reliability, security, and data integrity across all hotel systemsSupport in setting up and maintaining workstations, printers, and mobile devicesAssist with onboarding of new associates, including account creation and equipment setupMonitor system performance and help identify opportunities for improvementDocument IT processes, incidents, and solutions to ensure efficient knowledge sharingCollaborate with other departments to ensure smooth technology integration into daily operations
