Responsibilities

Our Enterprise Systems internship is designed to give you hands-on experience, professional development opportunities, and meaningful connections that will help shape your future career. As an Enterprise Systems Intern you will:

Assist project managers with the following:Plan and track project initiativesTrack and manage issues ensuring timely resolution and proper escalationMonitor and update project timelines, milestones, and deliverables in project management tools Document system integration requirements, workflows, and technical specificationsParticipate in testing efforts for system integrations, including UAT (User Acceptance Testing) coordinationSupport data migration and integration activities between external platforms and internal systemsParticipate in post-implementation reviews and document lessons learned for continuous improvement

From day one, you'll engage in a variety of IT projects across Finance and Human Resource that provide insight into the industry. You'll collaborate with peers, work on real-world projects, and gain exposure to different departments to broaden your skill set. Throughout the program, there will be opportunities to connect with mentors and showcase your work in a final project. By the end of your internship, you’ll walk away with valuable experience, a strong professional network, and a deeper understanding of your career path.

Qualifications

Who We’re Looking For:

Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related fieldSelf-driven and detail-orientedTeam player with strong collaboration skillsCapable of managing time and tasks effectively in a fast-paced environmentStrong communication skills — both written and verbalComfortable using Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)Passionate about the healthcare industry and eager to learn About our Line of Business BrightSpring Health Services provides complementary home- and community-based pharmacy and provider health solutions for complex populations in need of specialized and/or chronic care.
