**Overview**
The IT Business Partner Intern is an entry-level role designed for students seeking hands-on experience at the intersection of IT and business strategy. This internship provides an opportunity to collaborate with various business teams in integrated supply chain and service delivery, understand their needs, and contribute to the delivery of effective IT solutions. The intern will support the IT Business Partner team in facilitating communication, project coordination, and business process optimization.
**Key Responsibilities**
Prepare business cases by collaborating with business stakeholders and local/global IT teams to secure project approvals. Facilitate required reviews and approvals across Security, Legal, Compliance, Quality and Procurement team ensuring documentation is complete and approvals are tracked to closure. Assist IT project managers in project coordination and execution to help ensure timely, cost-effective, and high-quality delivery. Facilitate requirements elicitations and translate them into user stories suitable for developers and testers. Contribute to solution design and test execution to ensure delivered solutions meet defined business requirements and acceptance criteria.
**Qualifications**
+ Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
+ Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Chinese and English.
+ Proven ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and collaborate effectively within cross‑functional teams.
+ Quick learner with a strong willingness to adopt new technologies and understand business processes.
+ Data analytics competence and practical experience with AI tools are a plus.
**Learning Outcomes**
+ Deep involvement in core corporate IT projects, gaining end-to-end experience the project lifecycle using both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
+ Practical and hands-on exposure to key business processes, compliance and security governance, and IT procurement – particularly within the healthcare industry.
