We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented IT Intern to join our dynamic team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This internship offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of information technology within a corporate environment. As an IT Intern, you will work collaboratively with our IT professionals to support daily operations, contribute to ongoing projects, and learn about cutting-edge technologies.

Assist in the maintenance and troubleshooting of computer systems and networksSupport the IT team in software installations, updates, and user supportCollaborate on database management tasks and data analysis projectsParticipate in the development and testing of new applications and featuresContribute to the documentation of IT processes and proceduresAssist in implementing and maintaining IT security measuresSupport the team in hardware inventory management and upgradesEngage in cross-functional projects to improve IT infrastructure and efficiencyLearn and apply best practices in IT service managementContribute innovative ideas to enhance IT operations and user experience

QualificationsCurrently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related fieldStrong attention to detail and excellent organizational skillsBasic understanding of IT systems, networks, and platformsFamiliarity with programming languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScriptKnowledge of database management systems and SQLBasic understanding of IT security principles and best practicesProficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel for data analysisExcellent written and verbal communication skills in EnglishAbility to work collaboratively in a team environmentEagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologiesAnalytical mindset with strong problem-solving skillsFlexibility to work on various projects and tasks as neededGoal-oriented approach with the ability to meet deadlinesFamiliarity with IT service management concepts is a plus
