IT Integrator I

You’ll be part of the Customer & Data domain, working in a dynamic environment with multiple squads and integrators. Collaboration is key — you’ll coordinate across teams and help deliver meaningful solutions that support ING’s technology initiatives.

Roles and responsibilities

As an IT Integrator I, you’ll play a key role in enabling smooth delivery of features and small-scale projects. You’ll work closely with squads, product owners, and stakeholders to ensure that solutions are delivered efficiently and aligned with business needs. You will be involved in:

Delivery Support: Plan and coordinate the delivery of technical projects.Project Coordination: Manage small IT delivery projects or streams, from initiation to execution. Ensure timelines, scope, and dependencies are clear and well-managed.Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with developers, analysts, and business stakeholders to ensure shared understanding and smooth cooperation.Agile Facilitation: Promote agile ways of working and help teams stay focused on customer value.Reporting & Communication: Provide clear updates on progress, risks, and dependencies to relevant stakeholders.

How to succeed

What you’ll need to succeed:

1+ year of experience in IT delivery or coordinationBasic understanding of IT project lifecycle and agile methodologies Strong communication and collaboration skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks and stakeholdersA proactive mindset and eagerness to learn Fluent English speaking and writing skillsUniversity degree (Bachelor’s level) in IT, Engineering, or related fieldEven better if you have:Experience working in an agile environmentExposure to IT integration, feature delivery, or roadmap planning • Familiarity with ING’s tech landscape or banking domain
