IT Infrastructure Support

Summary: Seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Support professional with expertise in monitoring, managing, and triaging changes within information technology infrastructure.

5+ years of experience in infrastructure support activities

Practical experience in event, change, and incident management

Ability to resolve infrastructure problems through information analysis

Experience in identifying and applying new IT infrastructure components

Responsibilities:

Monitor, manage, report, and collaborate on IT infrastructure changes

Work on low complexity infrastructure problems and routine improvements

Provide basic level infrastructure support for defined technology portions

Deliver multi-functional business infrastructure technology



Pay Details: $20.00 to $30.00 per hour
