This position contributes to our vision by:  IT Infrastructure Manager (US Restricted) is responsible for leading and managing IT infrastructure teams across U.S. sites, with a focus on systems (approx 200 servers) and networks handling restricted or regulated data. This role oversees a team of approximately 20 professionals covering a scope that spans deployment and operations for all kinds of IT components and services.  Manage a multidisciplinary team of skilled professionals involved in projects and run/operation activities.  Supervise the design, implementation, and maintenance of IT infrastructure systems that support restricted environments.  Ensure compliance with U.S. regulatory frameworks such as CMMC, ITAR, for all infrastructure components.  Manage infrastructure projects, including planning, resource allocation, and execution, ensuring alignment with business objectives.  Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.  Assign appropriate experts and oversee infrastructure projects execution ensuring adherence to company technical standards and processes  Maintain and monitor day-to-day operations of IT systems including application middleware and infrastructure components, ensure adequate level of cybersecurity and documentation  Coordinate with global IS teams to align infrastructure strategies and standards.  Adheres to safe work practices and contributes to the evolution of the health, safety, and environmental program and culture.  Regular, predictable attendance is required.  Other duties may be assigned.
