Your Impact As IT Infra & Ops Analyst your responsibilities would consist: Second-level Windows, Linux, Physical Servers, and Appliances support.,Ensure the availability of the compute infrastructure across 14 critical locations through managed service providers for Compute and Database escalations, around 56 servers and appliances,Security remediation for IT Servers and Databases, including configuration management, patching, OS hardening, and vulnerability management,Inventory of IT Servers and Databases for the region.,Liaison with Sector I&O and Apps Leads across the region,Enhance Vulnerability Management Performance (VMP) efficiency through close collaboration with the Vulnerability Management team Qualifications Who Are We Looking For? Experience 3+ years of IT experience supporting Windows and Linux Operating systems 2+ years supporting Microsoft SQL & Oracle Servers 2+ years supporting Data Centers, Data Center hardware, and Enterprise-class hardware like Storage, Rubrik, VMWare, UPS, and Backup solutions Technical Skills: Windows and Linux Operating systems Microsoft SQL Server and Oracle Database Enterprise-class hardware like Storage, Rubrik, VMWare, UPS, and Backup solutions Azure Cloud Security of Servers and Databases IT Service Management processes Non-Technical Skills: Experience in Agile methodology.
