In this dynamic role, you'll be the first line of defense for our IT infrastructure, ensuring our team has the resources they need to succeed.

Desktop Services: Be the hero who resolves technical issues, sets up new equipment, and keeps our workstations in top shape. You'll tackle everything from software installations to network troubleshooting, ensuring a seamless experience for all users.
Network Support: Dive into the world of networking, assisting with wired and wireless setups and resolving basic connectivity challenges.
Datacenter Operations: Support our local datacenter, assisting with maintenance and day-to-day operations to ensure business continuity.
IT Security: Play a vital role in protecting our data and systems, contributing to security policies and managing backups.
Administrative Support: Manage IT-related contracts, ensuring our services like internet, mobile, and VoIP are always active.

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 AM
