The **IT Helpdesk Technician** works alongside the IT Manager to ensure all areas of the hotel are supported with proper computer systems in accordance with Hyatt brand standards. This role is an excellent opportunity for someone starting their career in IT, with hands-on exposure to hotel operations, enterprise systems, and networking. We are seeking a candidate with both technical curiosity and a desire to grow into an IT leader, with the ability to take on increased responsibility over time. The ideal candidate has strong customer service skills, a willingness to learn, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
**Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:**
+ Provide friendly, professional IT support for colleagues across desktops, laptops, printers, phones and POS systems.
+ Troubleshoot Microsoft 365 applications, support hotel systems, assist with account setup and device onboarding.
+ Assist with routine IT equipment checks and escalate issues to the IT Manager or vendors.
+ Log, track, and resolve requests through Hyatt corporate and vendor ticketing systems.
+ Help maintain IT documentation including asset inventories, how-to guides, and basic diagrams.
+ Participate in IT projects and gain exposure to networking, system administration, and vendor coordination.
