IT Help Desk Technician (Contract\/Seasonal)
Location: Tukwila, WA (onsite)
A Shift: Wed - Sun (6 am to 3 pm)\n

RPI Print, a global leader in print-on-demand, is looking for a Seasonal\/Temp Help Desk Tech to support our Seattle (Tukwila) team. This role provides hands-on technical support for hardware, software, and network issues in a fast-paced production environment. It's a great opportunity for someone with solid troubleshooting skills and a customer-first mindset to gain experience in IT.\n

Key Responsibilities\n\nAct as the first point of contact for IT support needs.\nTroubleshoot and resolve hardware (computers, printers, etc.) and software issues.\nEscalate more complex problems to senior team members as needed.\nLog issues and resolutions in the ticketing system.\nFollow up with users to confirm successful solutions.\nAssist with IT projects and other duties assigned by the supervisor.\nBe flexible to adjust schedules with 24-hour notice if coverage is needed.\n\n

Required Skills:\n\nIT support experience or equivalent training in troubleshooting hardware\/software.\nStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills.\nAbility to handle confidential information with discretion.\nStrong organizational skills and attention to detail.\nAbility to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. and perform maintenance on computer systems with small components.\n\n

Preferred Skills:\n\nExperience providing customer service in a technical support environment.\nWorking knowledge of Windows and Mac OS.\nFamiliarity with standard office automation products.\nExperience using ticketing systems for IT support.\n\n

Work Environment & Physical Requirements
\n\nFrequent use of a keyboard for data entry and troubleshooting.\nMay be required to use a wave or scissor lift for equipment maintenance.\nMust be able to adapt to changing work environments in a fast-paced production setting.\n\n
