Summary: Seeking an IT Help Desk Technician to provide technical support, maintain company PCs, and troubleshoot hardware/software issues.
Proficiency with Microsoft workstation operating systems
Knowledge of Office 365 and standard office applications
Experience with user profile migration on Windows PCs
3 - 5 years of experience in Information Technology or related area
High School Diploma or GED required
Preferred Skills:
Microsoft and/or CompTIA certifications
Knowledge of applications programming & database administration
Responsibilities:
Install, configure, maintain, and monitor company PCs
Provide end user support for local and web-based applications
Troubleshoot desktop and notebook PC hardware/software problems
Decommission older computers with DOD hard drive wipes and tracking
Document standard departmental procedures and follow 5S guidelines
Pay Details: $28.00 to $34.00 per hour
