Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Help Desk Technician to join our IT team. This role serves as the first line of support for internal employees experiencing technical issues. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for helping others resolve IT-related challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to incoming calls and emails from internal employees experiencing IT issues.
- Triage and diagnose technical problems, including but not limited to:
- Printing issues
- Login and authentication problems
- Network connectivity and access issues
- Provide timely and effective solutions or escalate issues to the appropriate IT personnel when necessary.
- Document support interactions and resolutions in the ticketing system.
- Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism in all interactions.
