IT Support SpecialistLocation: Tulsa
Schedule: 1st shift - hybrid 3 days in office 2 days remote
We're seeking experienced and customer-focused IT Support Specialists to provide first-line technical assistance in a hybrid work environment. If you excel at troubleshooting, have a strong grasp of Windows systems and Office 365, and enjoy helping users solve day-to-day tech challenges, we want to hear from you.
What You'll Do:Answer technical support calls, emails, and voicemails
Resolve issues related to network configurations, mobile devices, printers, web browsers, and Office 365
Use remote support tools (Bomgar) to diagnose and fix problems
Accurately document all work in ServiceNow
Perform virus/malware removal and software installs via SCCM
Deliver top-tier customer service and clear communication
Assist with password resets, account unlocks, and Active Directory group management
Contribute to knowledge base documentation and technical articles
Support occasional team coverage with flexible overtime as needed
What You’ll Bring:2+ years of experience in Service Desk or Desktop Support
Solid Windows 10 and Office 365 knowledge
Experience configuring iOS and Android mobile devices
Familiarity with Active Directory and SCCM
Strong troubleshooting and technical communication skills
Bonus: Experience writing internal support documentation
