Job Description A School District client of Insight Global is seeking a skilled and experienced IT Hardware Repair Technician to join their hardware repair team in support of the large amount of hardware repair tickets that come through in the beginning of the school year. This IT Hardware Repair Technician will be responsible for hardware deployment, organization and troubleshooting, handling IT equipment warehousing and IT asset management for the school district. Strong hardware repair experience on Chromebooks is essential, as this individual will primarily be working on Chromebooks, with some windows devices as needed. On average, this individual will likely handle 20-30 repair tickets per day, depending on the difficulty of the repair. We are looking for a detail-oriented, organized and collaborative leader with excellent problem solving skills. This is a 6-week contract with a duration between August 18th- September 26th. This is a fully on-site role, local to Boulder, CO, with working hours between 8am-4:30pm. This position can pay between $22-25/hour with medical benefits and 401k options offered on contract.
