IT Governance Analyst - Software as a Service
Our client in the insurance industry is seeking an IT Governance Analyst to join their team. This is a **W2 Contract to Hire Opportunity, 3 days onsite in Minneapolis.** In this role you will be responsible for managing the IT outsourcing provider to ensure all Application run services (delivered in a SaaS model) are delivered with quality execution and operational excellence. This role ensures that the delivery of technology solutions meets business needs, provides a positive customer experience, and meets global and regulatory IT and Security requirements. **Job Title:** IT Governance Analyst - Software as a Service **Location:** Greater Minneapolis, MN (3 days on site) **Pay Range:** $120,000/year salary ($50-60/hour depending on experience) **What’s the Job?** + Utilizing knowledge of technology standards, processes, and best practices, monitors delivery quality and performance of IT Services. + Identifies, develops, and promotes proactive approaches to prevent service disruptions, acts as escalation point for service delivery issues. + Manages a control framework to ensure quality assurance, ensuring adherence to defined standards, policies, processes, and procedures for IT Services, as well as information security and privacy within these services. + Drives input to project forecasting and planning activities; supports the financial forecasting and actual cost reporting on a monthly basis. + Drives identification and assessment of IT Services KPI’s and risks and manages remediation plans; drives continuous improvement and assessment/enhancement of existing or new metrics. + Drives presentation of information on high level trends, metrics, and conclusions to leadership. + Effectively communicates with IT and business stakeholders, including senior management; manages unknowns and successfully navigates a complex organizational landscape. + Effectively manages through influence to obtain desired results in a complex IT 10% operating model with key stakeholders in multiple organizations; manages multiple priorities at a time. **What’s Needed?** + Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. + Proven enterprise level experience as an IT Governance professional. + 5+ years of experience in the listed job duties. **What’s in it for me?** + 48 hours of sick and safe leave as a contractor in Minnesota + Benefits while contracting (health, dental, vision, 401K, etc.) + Flexible work environment (3 days hybrid, 2 days remote) + Long term opportunity (contract with likelihood for conversion) If this is a role that interests you and you’d like to learn more, click apply now and a recruiter will be in touch with you to discuss this great opportunity.
