Country / Region Digital Core Responsible Single IT Digital Core Services responsibility for countries or regions. This ensures a holistic view on all local and global services on a (Lead) Country / Region level.

What will you do?

Digital Core Services Support

Support of local setup for every Digital Essentials/Platform and Service project, Service Implementation or Major Service Change. Advise and develop local country services to meet local demand and regulations where/if global services cannot accommodate. Transition/drive global strategy and architecture integration.

Demand Management

Advice on and collect IT Infrastructure related demands and ensure end-2-end demand fulfillment to customer and other IT functions for the (Lead) Country

Service Quality & Provider Management

Ensure service quality for local, digital Essentials and Platform Services and collaborate with related Value Centers for global services. Manages providers for local service or global services with local component. Collaborate and involve with service owner and contracts management when services or providers do not perform or meet KPIs

Service Lifecycle and Service Management

Service Lifecycle and Service Management for all local provided IN Services, or global services with local component

Escalation Management

Accountable for fast escalation and support problem resolution for all Digital Core Services/Projects. Ensure feedback loop to respective partners and functions Facilitates ideation based on opportunities of digitalization business (focus BC) Aligns with Siemens IT strategy and architecture (focus Digital Core Services) Supports technology trend scouting, searches and evaluates innovation ideas Manages and implements the change associated with Digital Transformation (focus on Digital Essentials and Platform Services) · Line management responsible for service / project members in the regional local services organization (re: personal development, coaching, recruiting & performance management) Responsible for areas of expertise and development of capabilities & skills with periodic Growth Talks & Growth Development Forum Defines knowledge levels and enforces methodologies and tools Prioritization and crisis management in case of conflicting resource requests across services · Manages respective services and employees cross lead country

What will you need to succeed?

Minimum a University Degree (Graduate/Post Graduate) in Sciences, Technology or Business Minimum 10 years experience in an IT or technology related industry, international experience, leading global teams and have strong business, project and commercial and contractual experience. Experience in IT / digital technologies solution/service development Experience of working in medium to large projects Working knowledge of agile methods, preferred Experience of working in multi-cultural teams / international environment Has a solid background with early customer validation in rapid learn-build-test cycles with focus on achieving customer value. Maintains technical expertise on all new digitalization products, tools, and systems Change management knowledge in the areas of digital business models, IT innovation, process digitization, customer experience, and/or user enablement. Agile mindset for quick learn-build-test cycles with focus on achieving customer value Fosters a digital mindset Thinks and collaborates in ecosystems
