As an IT Ford Champ, you will be immersed in our development lifecycle, receive mentorship, and develop foundational skills in full-stack development, cloud technologies, and agile practices. 

We are seeking enthusiastic and highly motivated Software Engineer Ford Champs to join our dynamic engineering team. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or individuals early in their software development career to gain hands-on experience with .NET, Java, Angular and PostgreSQL DB, learn from seasoned professionals, and contribute to real-world projects.

 

What you´ll need:     

Active student from any of the last 4 semesters of Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field or a combination of education and equivalent experience 90% English skills (Oral, reading, writing, and listening) Strong analytical and communication skills  Excellent problem-solving skills including leading problem-solving teams. Self-starter: ability to work both independently and with a team. Programming  skills in languages like Java, Angular, .NET and Cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure) Understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git Skills in databases (relational and non-relational) English proficiency (written and verbal) Windows and Linux OS

What you´ll do:

Actively participate in structured training programs, workshops, and knowledge-sharing sessions focused on our tech stack (including Java/Spring Boot, Angular, .NET, PostgreSQL and cloud platforms). Proactively seek opportunities to expand your technical knowledge and skills under the guidance of senior engineers. Develop a good understanding of software design principles, Agile processes, culture, best practices, and techniques. Work hands-on with team members to understand requirements, resolve questions, clarify designs, and deliver product features. Contribute to troubleshooting and resolving software defects and issues.

Participate in code reviews, providing and receiving constructive feedback.
