Founded in 1906, McLeod Health is a locally owned and managed, not for profit organization supported by the strength of more than 900 members on its medical staff and more than 2,900 licensed nurses. McLeod Health is also composed of approximately 15,000 team members and more than 90 physician practices throughout its 18-county service area. With seven hospitals, McLeod Health operates three Health and Fitness Centers, a Sports Medicine and Outpatient Rehabilitation Center, Hospice and Home Health Services. The system currently has 988 licensed beds, including Hospice and Behavioral Health. The hospitals within McLeod Health include: McLeod Regional Medical Center, McLeod Health Dillon, McLeod Health Loris, McLeod Health Seacoast, McLeod Health Cheraw, McLeod Health Clarendon and McLeod Behavioral Health.

Responsibilities:
Assist with troubleshooting hardware and software issues across a variety of devices, including desktops, laptops, and mobile equipment.
Support the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT systems and peripherals.
Provide timely responses to help desk tickets and escalate issues as needed.
Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as updates and system backups.
Document technical issues, solutions, and system configurations.
Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless IT operations and user satisfaction.
Follow established IT policies and procedures to maintain security and compliance standards.
All other related IT duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Currently enrolled in an accredited Information Technology program (Associate or Bachelor’s level).
Basic understanding of IT hardware, software, and networking concepts.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Familiarity with Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office Suite is preferred.
