Job Description The IT ERP Analysts will support and analyze the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC) ERP environment for a multi-business organization operating across multiple U.S. time zones. These roles are part of a small, specialized ERP team with strong internal expertise and a willingness to train candidates who bring relevant ERP experience.  Both analysts will onboard together and build foundational Business Central knowledge in parallel.    Key Responsibilities   • Support and troubleshoot the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (formerly NAV / Navision) ERP system   • Act as front-line support for ERP issues, particularly for operations in Chihuahua   • Work closely with business users (buyers, quality teams, operations) to:    ○ Understand business needs    ○ Translate requirements into system solutions    ○ Document errors, fixes, and processes   • Enter and track ERP issues via ticketing   • Build and maintain a knowledge base/repository   • Learn and document end-to-end business processes (e.g., purchasing, POs, buyer workflows) Participate in a major ERP upgrade from BC version 14 to version 27 (latest release this year) We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. Skills and Requirements • 2–3 years of ERP experience, ideally with SAP or Oracle (Dynamics BC/NAV experience is a strong plus but not required)   • Bilingual: English & Spanish   • US Citizen or Green Card holder    ○ Required due to US military data, trade compliance, and export control regulations   • Strong documentation, problem-solving, and communication skills Willingness to learn a niche ERP system and business processes
