Job Summary
As an IT Epic Sr. Application Analyst, you will lead the design, build, implementation, and advanced support of our Epic EHR system, acting as a subject matter expert.
Every day you will lead complex requirement analysis, architect and configure intricate Epic modules, develop advanced solutions, perform comprehensive testing, and mentor junior analysts.
To be successful, you will possess extensive Epic module expertise, advanced analytical skills, and a proven ability to lead projects and drive strategic improvements.

Required
Bachelors in related field or 4 years of equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of Bachelor's degree3 years working with systems analysis programming/design.Epic MyChart, EpicCare Link or CareEverywhere experience and/or certification required.Extensive experience configuring and supporting Epic MyChart functionality, including patient portal setup, proxy access, and patient communications.Proven expertise in EpicCare Link, enabling secure inter-organizational patient data sharing and referral management.Demonstrated proficiency with Epic CareEverywhere for seamless health information exchange and patient record retrieval across different healthcare organizations.Experience in the implementation, optimization, and support of Epic applications on mobile devices (e.g., Haiku, Rover, MyChart mobile app).5 years of additional relevant experience: application support, implementation; orDevelopment experience with applications in a hospital or medical related industry.Epic Certification, within 120 DaysWhere You'll WorkInspired by faith.
