Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Work closely with UX designers, product managers, and back-end developers to translate user requirements, business goals, and technical constraints into interactive user interfaces.
- Create and maintain high-quality, scalable, and maintainable front-end code for web applications using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Ensure the UI is optimized for performance, accessibility, and scalability while focusing on reducing load times and improving overall responsiveness.
- Implement and adhere to design guidelines while ensuring a consistent and coherent look and feel across all products.
- Review and provide constructive feedback on code written by other team members ensuring best practices and code quality are maintained.
- Keep abreast of the latest trends, tools, and best practices in front-end development and integrate them into projects where relevant.
- Work hand-in-hand with UX designers to ensure seamless implementation of designs while providing feedback to enhance the overall user experience.
- Participate in agile development processes, contributing to sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field of study and 3+ years of relevant professional experience required, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
