General Summary:

Job Responsibilities:
The responsibilities of this individual will have a focus on administering application installer/uninstaller packaging and service operations ownership around application management lifecycles for Systems Management Services.
This will include, but not be limited to, Application Packaging/Scripting and Deployment via Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager/System Center Configuration Manager (MECM/SCCM), PowerShell scripting, and SQL Reporting Services to globally monitor and manage Windows systems to ensure a stable, secure and productive environment for the company.
Duties will include service monitoring, infrastructure, client/user support, ticket queue management,  as well as project and upgrade work for the supported services and applications.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

Physical Requirements:
• Frequently transports and installs equipment up to 20 lbs.

- Strong experience with the Microsoft Windows OS (all versions) in a corporate environment
- Strong experience with PowerShell App Deployment Toolkit (PSADT) packaging technology and Microsoft Windows Installer technology
- Strong experience with Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager / System Center Configuration Manager (MECM/SCCM) infrastructure and service management
- Strong scripting/PowerShell skills
- Solid understanding of Active Directory group policy
- Experience with SRS and web reporting
- Experience with PowerBI reporting and data analysis skills
- Good understanding of Microsoft Applications and Desktop Administration
- Well-versed with Incident, Change, and Problem Management processes
- Detail oriented and self-motivated with excellent time management, communication, and presentation skills
- Ability to effectively communicate with varying levels of the organization
- Ability to be productive in a team environment and help contribute to a positive team effort.

1) Bachelor's in Information Technology or equivalent experience
2) Minimum 5 years of experience in Application packaging and MECM/SCCM Technologies
3) Customer service, technical training and/or industry standard certifications preferred
