Kforce has a client that is seeking an IT Engineer III in Reston, VA. Responsibilities: * IT Engineer III will provide Tier 2/3 support for Windows 10/11 physical and virtual environments * Assist in the deployment, configuration, and management of MDM solutions (Workspace ONE) * Monitor system performance, compliance, and logging/monitoring * Collaborate with security and compliance teams to ensure endpoint protection and policy enforcement * Maintain documentation for system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides * Implement and troubleshoot Group Policy Objects (GPOs) and CSP configurations * As an IT Engineer III, you will perform root cause analysis and resolve complex OS and application issues * Support endpoint provisioning and testing * Participate in patch management, OS upgrades, and feature update rollouts
