**Key Responsibilities** + Design scalable and high-performing Siemens Rulestream solutions aligned with business and technical requirements. + Define architecture roadmaps for integrating Rulestream with enterprise systems like Teamcenter, SAP, and other PLM/ERP tools. + Lead end-to-end implementation of Siemens Rulestream, including requirements gathering, customization, and deployment. + Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, engineering, and IT, to gather requirements and provide innovative solutions. + Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, ensuring the architecture supports business objectives and strategic initiatives. + Automate engineering design and configuration processes by leveraging Rulestream’s rules-based technology. + Continuously improve existing solutions, ensuring optimal performance and user satisfaction. + Establish best practices, standards, and governance policies for Siemens Rulestream implementation and usage. + Guide and mentor junior team members, fostering knowledge sharing and skill development. + Provide training and technical support to ensure adoption of Rulestream solutions. **Required Qualifications** + 4+ years of hands-on experience with Siemens Rulestream, including configuration, customization, and integration. + Strong understanding of Rulestream architecture and its integration with PLM/ERP systems. + Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, .NET, or Java for Rulestream customization. + Proficiency in engineering design using CAD (NX/AutoCAD) applications. + Strong understanding of CAD automation principles and practices, with experience in developing automation routines. + Knowledge of database management systems (SQL/Oracle). + Industry Knowledge: Experience in manufacturing, engineering, or related industries, with knowledge of product configuration, design automation, and PLM workflows.
