Job DescriptionProvide support to end users and the operations teamsManage asset inventory and service contractsEnsure the availability of critical IT infrastructuresOversee IT Network, Servers, Cloud Services and Cybersecurity of operation sites Participate in projects related to Network, Cybersecurity, Cloud, and Digital TransformationFollow professional IT management practice and compliance

QualificationsDegree or Diploma in Information Technology, or other relevant IT certifications.Minimum 2  years’ relevant work experience in user devices and network support.  Hands-on experience with TCP/IP networking, Windows AD and VMwareAble to communicate in written and spoken English and Chinese
