Job DescriptionSummary:
The Business Process and EDI Automation Consultant is responsible for ensuring the stability of the business process automation, specifically concerning EDI and website projects. This role ensures seamless and accurate data exchange between automated processes and workflows.
Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Development, Automation Management, and Support
o Maintain, test, and configure business process automation using automation tools such as Fortra Automate, Power Automate/Power BI Fabric, and Regrello applications in collaboration with business and broader application teams.
o troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to automation applications to ensure seamless operations.
o Work closely with internal stakeholders and external consultants to ensure ADA compliance in website development.
o Assit in Developing and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency, effectiveness, and failover for critical applications such as EDI, and automate workflows and business processes.
2. Project Management:
o Preform project tasks and timelines effectively.
3. Compliance and Documentation:
o document the development and maintenance of documentation for any changes made to the system.
o Ensure compliance with relevant IT regulations, standards, and security policies.

Qualifications:
· Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
· Experience:
o Minimum 2 years of development experience, with proficiency in C# and .NET applications.
o Hands-on experience in building Power Automate and Power BI Fabric applications.
o Skilled in Azure DevOps for CI/CD pipeline management and version control.
o Proficiency in Fortra Automate for process automation
o Expertise in website development, with a strong focus on ADA compliance requirements to ensure accessibility.
· Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and collaboration skills, and proficiency in database management.
Additional Skills:
· Experience with EDI business processes.
· Experience or exposure to Fortra Automat is a Plus
· Knowledge of Full Stack Web Development and Server Hardware
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Additional InformationSalary and Benefits:
The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $84,000-$90,000. The individual pay is determined based on several factors, including, but not limited to, work experience and job knowledge, complexity of the role, job location, etc. The Recruiter can share more details about the specific salary range during the interview process.
