Well, this may be the role for you. Ready to make your mark?
IT resiliency is becoming a top priority for organizations as we become more dynamic. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and implementing comprehensive Disaster Recovery (DR) plans to ensure our organization’s IT applications and infrastructure recovers quickly and supports critical business continuity efficiently in the event of a disaster. Working within a global organization, you will assess risks, design recovery strategies, and collaborate with various teams to ensure the organization is prepared to handle any unforeseen disruptions.
As part of your day-to-day activities, you will be working with multiple teams across the organization in support of planning and testing of Disaster Recovery plans to ensure IT resiliency. The portfolio you will manage contains a broad range of ADP's cloud-based and On-Premise payroll, tax, HR, and benefits applications and services to help our clients save time, stay compliant, and control costs.
You will work alongside a team of passionate and dedicated Disaster Recovery Coordinators as well as product and technical support teams whose primary goal is to deliver applications and services that are resilient and can perform as expected even during a crisis.
To thrive in this role, you'll use your expertise guiding a broad scope of team’s efforts with a laser focus on disaster recovery testing and restoring applications services while confidently coordinating across a broad audience of technologists and business representatives with varying degrees of technical aptitude.
If you are looking for a role that is strictly 9-5, this may not be the job for you. Pace should not scare you; flexibility is a must since the majority of disaster recovery testing occurs on the weekends and you’ll be part of the team on-call rotation.
