Job Responsibilities :

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Intern to join our team. The successful candidate will work closely with the Digital Platform Manager, B2B to assist in the User Acceptance Testing processes, RnD platform improvement & integrating AI tools, automation workflows using AI for operation efficiency and other related tasks for our Razer Gold Distribution Hub. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in the tech industry and learn about platform management.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Manager in planning (UAT test cases and UAT test plan) and executing UAT activities.

Conduct thorough testing of new features and functionalities to ensure they meet the requirements.

Support Research & Development (R&D) initiatives to improve platform performance and scalability.

Explore, evaluate, and requirement AI tools into the Razer Gold Distribution Hub to optimize workflows and enhance user experience.

Prepared AI-driven automation solutions for operational efficiency.

Collaborate with the development team to understand the technical aspects of the platform.

Provide support in user training sessions and help document user manuals and guides.

Assist in the creation and maintenance of documentation and metrics.

Participate in regular team meetings.

Pre-Requisites :

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Basic understanding of software development, testing processes and tools.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent attention to detail and ability to document findings clearly.

Proactive, strategic and detail-oriented approaches with a strong commitment to quality, efficiency and effectiveness.

Possess initiative, able to work independently and as a team

Great written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Passion for the gaming industry and understanding of Razer Gold is an advantage.
